How do I order?
– Shop and choose from our delicious meals
– Choose if you want the meal once or delivered monthly or every two weeks
– Once you have made your selections, proceed to checkout and delivery details.
What is the delivery delay?
All deliveries are made on Sundays. Laval and the North Shore Sunday AM between 9AM and 1PM Montreal and the South Shore Sunday PM between 1PM and 5:30PM
What are the delivery fees?
Delivery is calculated based on your address. ($6.99 – $8.99)
How do I change my order?
To modify an order, simply log back into your account, to the Orders tab and click on Modify.
If you are having difficulty modifying an order, you can contact us here, we will be happy to help you quickly.
Are meals always available?
The meals you can order on the site are available at all times. It will be our pleasure to cook for you a meal that is not in inventory.
Are your meals taxable?
Most of our products are not taxable.
How long can meals stay in my freezer?
The products in our range can be kept for 6 months in the freezer from the date of packaging.
How do I heat up my meal?
Individual meals heat up quickly in four microwaves. Family meals are reheated in the conventional oven. Cooking time may vary. Please refer to product label for cooking time.
Are all your meals available online?
We are gradually deploying all of our products on our online store.
